Pete Wentz Fights Ashlee Simpson Over Custody of Their Son!

Things are getting pretty ugly for Ashlee Simpson. The singer’s former husband, Pete Wentz wants to share joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx.

Originally, Simpson asked for sole custody of the boy. Rocker Wentz also requests that each party pay their own legal fees. Simpson asked that he pay for both sides.
“Ashlee realized that Pete had become a functioning addict and that he wasn’t making any effort to quit. He’d been taking the sleeping pill Ambien, the sedative Xanax and painkiller Oxycontin and Ashlee had concerns about Pete’s behavior around their son Bronx…When Pete drinks and takes pills, he goes wild. Ashlee doesn’t trust him to be faithful”, one source revealed after Simpson filed for divorce on February 9 after three years of marriage.
