Jessica Simpson has found her true job: motherhood. The singer turned designer turned mother is in love with her daughter. 31-year-old Jessica opened about her 1-week-old daughter Maxwell Drew via Twitter.

“I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I’ve ever experienced”, she wrote. Baby Maxwell Drew Johnson weighted 9 lbs. 13 oz. 21 3/4 at the time of her birth May 1st.

Jessica is not the only one loving Maxwell. Her sister Ashlee also revealed her affection for the little one. : “Bronx and I are in love with Maxwell already!” she said.

“Proud PaPaJoe !! Beautiful baby girl… What a miracle!” grandpa Joe Simpson also wrote on Twitter.

Maxwell is Jessica’s first baby with fiance, 32-year-old Eric Johnson.  The two were engaged in November 2010 after dating for six months.

Previously, Jessica Simpson was married to Nick Lachey from 2002 until 2005. After splitting from Lachey, Jessica dated  Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo from 2007 to 2009.
