
Jason Lee welcomes son Sonny
Jason Lee has extended his family with one new member. The actor’s wife Ceren welcomed a son, Sonny Lee, on Saturday, June 16 in Los Angeles. According to People, the baby boy was born at 2:57 a.m. and weighed in at 7 lbs., 6 oz.
42-year-old Jason and Ceren are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Casper. Jason has also an 8-year-old son Pilot from his prior relationship with Beth Riesgraf.
Jason and Ceren tied the knot in July 2008. They renewed their vows in November 2011.
Previously, Jason Lee was married to photographer Carmen Llywelyn from 1995 until 2001. Soon after that, he became engaged to Beth Riesgraf and had their son Pilot Inspektor. The couple came up with the unusual name after listening to the song ‘He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot’ by the indie rock band Grandaddy. The couple split in 2007.
As for his professional career, Jason Lee guest-starred on NBC’s ‘Up All Night’ as Maya Rudolph’s character Ava’s love interest Kevin. But he is best known for his role as the title character on the NBC television series ‘My Name is Earl’, his portrayal of Syndrome in the film ‘The Incredibles’, his role as Dave Seville in the ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks’ films.
