Stella Doreen McDermott turns 4. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s second child is such a sweet young lady. Her parents celebrated her birthday by hosting a pretty-in-pink backyard birthday party at their California home.

Her siblings Liam Aaron, 5, and Hattie Margaret, 8 months were also present at the party.
Tori is currently expecting her fourth child with husband Dean McDermott. Recently, the 39-year-old former ‘Beverly Hills’ 90210 actress posed in a skimpy one piece bikini. The mother-of-three and one on the way revealed her baby bump along with her proud husband. Tori and Dean tied the knot in May 2006. The actress is the daughter of late director Aaron Spelling.
