Halle Berry better parent for Nahla
The custody evaluation has been made in the Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry custody war. The judge’s conclusion? According to TMZ, Halle Berry is a better parent to 4-year-old Nahla than Gabriel Aubry.
The evaluation has been made by a psychologist who did interviews with Halle, Gabriel, Nahla and people close to them. The final report raises issues about Gabriel’s ability to assume responsibility to raise Nahla.
TMZ reports that the custody evaluator did not question Gabriel’s love for his daughter or her love for him.
The judge will decide the custody arrangement later this month. Things are a little bit complicated because Halle Berry wants to move to Paris. Therefore, the judge has to decide what is in the “best interest” of Nahla: to be with her mother or with her father.
In case Halle gets the custody, Gabriel will get visitation rights…in France.
