Dennis Hopper daughter Galen Grier inherits $3 million

Happy news for Dennis Hopper‘s daughter Galen Grier Hopper. Despite the fact that her father died, the 9-year-old girl inherited $2.85 million from her dad’s estate.

At the time of his death, Dennis was still involved in a rough divorce with his estranged wife Victoria Duffy.

According to TMZ, before he died, Dennis made sure their 9-year-old daughter will be safe. So he left her $2.25 million in cash plus $600,000 worth of property. The money are placed in a trust. Dennis also made sure Victoria will have no control whatsoever over the money in her daughter’s trust.

Dennis and Victoria were married for 13 years, but she received almost nothing after his death grace to their prenup.

Dennis has been married five times and had four children.  He died in 2010 of prostate cancer.
