“There isn’t much to say. So many women are expecting children and giving birth, and so it’s uninteresting for French people”, the First Lady of France told BBC.
“It’s great news for me, but it’s also something very banal”, the former model added.
Another reason for her silence: “I’m superstitious, so yes, I’ve been very careful”, she said.
Carla is already mother to 10-year-old son, Aurelien from a previous relationship.
