Brooke White is expecting her first child. The season 7 American Idol finalist is pregnant with husband Dave Ray’s first child. The singer is due in May.
The two parent-to-be met when Brooke was just 19-year-old and they married eight years ago.
“I really haven’t slowed down since finding out the news in September. But I kept it a secret until about two weeks ago. There are a few really hard secrets I’ve kept in my life — one was American Idol and the other was being pregnant. I’m a confidentiality pro!”, she told People.
At 12 weeks, Brooke was told they were expecting a girl, but she will know for sure soon.
