In case you didn’t know, Denise is Charlie Sheen’s second wife, while Brooke is the actor’s third wife. Both women divorced the 47-year-old troubled actor. Both women have two kids with Charlie Sheen. Denise is a mother for daughters Sam and Lola, while Brooke is a mother for twin brothers Max and Bob.

This week, Brooke checked herself in rehab for the 19th time. The socialite was rushed to the hospital last week due to an overdose. But now she needs more help. She entered the facility center for an undetermined period of time.
As for Denise, she was happy to stay with the kids. This woman has such a good heart.

It looks like Charlie can’t take care of the kids because he’s busy working on ‘Anger Management’. At the same time, both Brooke and Charlie think that Denise is the most responsible person to take care of their kids. That’s pretty amazing, almost touching.

According to TMZ, this is not the first time when the twins are staying with Denise. The last time Brooke went to rehab, the kids stayed with the mother of their step sisters.
